I have always loved Perona Farms, it’s so beautiful and just the perfect setting for a rustic wedding! Ashley and Cody both got ready at a local hotel and then shared a first look in pine tree row, just across the street front the venue. They both giggled, kissed, and hugged through the pictures and you could really sense the love these two had for each other. The barn and silos made an awesome backdrop for their outdoor ceremony, where the coupled tied the knot..literally, during a fisherman’s rope tying ceremony! After cocktail hour, the guests made their way up to the barn carrying Kate Aspen vintage blue lanterns, made by the bride’s mom! The reception was decorated beautifully, and even had a banner made with pieces from Ashley’s mother’s and grandmother’s wedding gowns! Ashley and Cody danced their first dance to “Thinking Out Loud”. We were able to sneak the couple outside for a few sunset and night photos as well. At the end of the night, guests had jars of maple syrup as favors, and were handed a bag of warm, fresh donuts as they left!
Ashley and Cody will honeymoon in Hawaii in June!
