John’s mother had shown him pictures of Alaire and after running into her several times, he convinced her to go on a date! Fast forward to a couple of years later.. For her sister’s 30th birthday Alaire had planned a dinner for her. John told Alaire that they all wanted to go get drinks on the boat beforehand, and that they had to go get fuel. Where he would have went right to the marina to get fuel, he sped up to the Manasquan inlet where both of their families were holding a big “Marry Me” sign that John’s grandfather made!
Alaire and John planned their gorgeous wedding for October 2017. John and his groomsmen got ready at his mom and dad’s house with their sweet dog Otis, as the girls popped some bubbly at Alaire’s parent’s house in their adorable matching bridesmaids’ robes! She wore a stunning Augusta Jones gown and had a simple bouquet of mixed pink and white roses, she looked breathtaking. They had a traditional church ceremony and then headed out on the trolley to for their lakeside photo session. The bridal party was having a blast and Alaire and John seriously could not be any more gorgeous!
The reception hall was gorgeous! The tables had beautiful tall centerpieces, antique gold picture frames served as table numbers, and the guests were given “S’mores” as favors (yummy!). The couple shared their first dance to Thank You by Led Zeppelin and proceeded to dance into the night with all their closest friends and family!
The newlyweds cruised around California in a red convertible for their honeymoon, visiting Santa Barbra, Yosemite, Napa, San Fran, and Big Sur!
