Congratulations, Alyssa and Jonathan! Last Summer, they hosted an elegant wedding at the Mansion at Mountain Lakes. The entire day was simply stunning – I’m still obsessing over their earth tone details and Alyssa’s incredible wedding gown! I absolutely adore Alyssa and Jonathan. I’ve photographed their engagement session, and now this wedding day. I also photographed a portrait session while they were on their honeymoon, and just a few weeks ago, I captured their smaller, more intimate, wedding day with her mom, who unfortunately couldn’t be there on their wedding day.. But for now, I want to share this incredible Summer wedding day!

The Mansion at Mountain Lakes Wedding

One thing I love about the Mansion at Mountain Lakes is how open the spaces are. When I arrived to the bridal suite and saw Alyssa getting ready with her girls, I was so excited because the space was perfect for portraits! I photographed her incredible details – including their stunning invitation suite with a forest green and tan palette before photographing the girls. Alyssa got her bridesmaids the coziest robes and matching socks – so of course, we had to grab photos of them! Alyssa was all smiles as her bridesmaids helped her into her beautiful wedding gown! She and her dad had a sweet first look before she headed out to meet Jonathan.

Alyssa and Jonathan met outside the Mansion at Mountain Lakes for their first look. Jonathan was definitely thrilled to see his bride! Afterwards, we explored the grounds for their bride and groom portraits. I loved playing with Alyssa’s veil, because it had the cutest little flower accents throughout the fabric. So pretty!

Wedding Day in New Jersey

The rest of the day, Alyssa and Jonathan spent time surrounded by their family and friends. The Mansion at Mountain Lakes has a gorgeous indoor space for ceremonies, so Alyssa and Jonathan brought in their own ivory and gold details to create an elegant atmosphere for them to say “I do”. Speaking of elegant details, the couple’s reception was GORGEOUS! They used ivory, pale pink, gold, and green to decorate the tables for their guests. My favorite part had to be the giant marquee letters spelling out their new last name, it was awesome! Alyssa and Jonathan enjoyed a reception reveal so we could capture some quiet moments of them on the dance floor before the party really got started. It was perfect! They had an awesome party and danced all night…they even got to play the drums and tambourine together!

Congratulations again, Alyssa and Jonathan! I just adore you both and I’m so happy I could be with you to celebrate the newest chapter of your life!
