How did you meet?
Megan was playing in an indoor volleyball league and Bobby happened to be asked to play that night! They played against each other and Bobby hit a hard shot towards Megan and she missed it (she wasn’t too happy about that). Bobby (being the nice guy that he is) said “I’m Sorry!!” Megan (being the competitive girls she is) said “Don’t be sorry! I’ll get the next one” LOL. After the game Megan went up to Bobby and said “Sorry I yelled at you! I was really into the game!” They kept talking, became friends – the rest is history! 🙂
The Proposal!
Megan and Bobby were in Manasquan with some friends on Cinco de Mayo in 2018. Everyone wanted to go for walk on the jetty (little did Megan know EVERYONE was involved in what was about to happen) Once we got to the end of the jetty – Bobby pulled Megan aside – looking out into the water towards Pt. Pleasant where they had spent a lot of time together. He started talking to her about starting their next chapter together and Megan turned around and Bobby was on his knee asking her to marry him! She started to cry and of course said yes! All of their friends got tons of pictures and videos! Megan then called her parents and all of her close family was at their house ready for the amazing news of their engagement! It was the best!
Why did you pick your venue?
Clark’s Landing is a beautiful venue with huge windows looking over the water. This is what we really loved about it! Then we tasted the food, learned about the amazing cocktail hour and got to know the staff and we were completely obsessed!
Tell us about all the details of the wedding!
The feel we were going for for the wedding was romantic, fresh and fun! We loved the light gray dresses with the charcoal suits mixed with the white flowers ( roses and peonies) in the bouquets! It gave all of our pictures a light and airy feel which we love! We also were able to add a wall with floral hanging from it as a photo backdrop and it really added a personalized touch to the ballroom! Our sweetheart table had the same feel with white and green floral and romantic candles lit in front of us! We loved that romantic detail!
Favorite moment of the day?
Both of our favorite moment was our first dance! It felt like no one else was in the room with us. It was super special and we’ll never forget it!

Where are you going on your honeymoon?
We are going to the Amalfi Coast Italy, Athens and Santorini Greece
